What is the Furthest you took a power supply? To the limits?

Jae30001

Just wondering who else has taken a power supply to the awful limits, causing BSOD, or crashes?

I have done this quite a few times.. if this picks up i will post up some photos.

Currently i have a 7980XE overclocked, with a 2080 Overclocked.  Powered by a Corsair 860i.. Yep.. pretty close to the limits!

Water cooled, NVME drive, 7 fans. Fun

I have never been able to saturate my PSU's

The closest I have been is with the wokstation rig which consists of an i9 9900K with a TITAN V running on a beQuiet! Dark Power Pro 11 650W, the full load synthetics would use around 500W.

We're taking like 600 watts maybe 700, you're not really that close. What's your OC?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Kind of. Running Prime95 and Furmark at the same time would shut down the system with my old PSU. FX 6300 and R9 280 on a CM B500.

The AX860i has no problem running at 950W, still performing very well. So I really doubt you're really pushing it.

My ongoing build has a 3950X + 1080 TI + 1080 TI and watercooling powered by Corsair RM750x. This would be close, if it fails, I will upgrade my PSU.
