Best gpu for 250$?

So im building a pc 

Specs:  cpu : ryzen 7 2700x 

             Ram: v-color prism 16gb(2x8gb)  Motherboard: asus prime x470

             Psu : corsair cx 750w +80 bronze

 

And im looking for a gpu for about 250 $

$250 gets you a 1660 super at the best.

GTX 1660 Super, though if you can extend that another $40 you can sometimes find RX 5700 blowers for $290.

Cant find a good source cuz shipping from ebay for me is 100$ and localy cant find any good deals.

But i found a gigabyte vega 56 for a 230$ so is it worth it?

If you're not using $, don't put $ as the currency amount.

People assume you mean you're in a country that uses it, and that drastically changes what items are worth.

Ok so my country is Serbia and the currency is rsd if that helps. 

I just put $ because i am ordering it from amazon.
