I’m only good at the cheapass stuff:

Too much PSU, and the 3700x stock cooler is fine unless you live in the tropics.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

get a 3700x instead of a 3800x, X570-TUF or elite instead of the gaming edge, team group MP34/ silicon power A80/ Inland Premium over the 860 evo.

Fair enough.  Might want to see if it’s on the tierlist of course.  Bigger isn’t always better.  Also Possible no one is buying the big boys these days so they’re cheap
