I knew mostly that, My mothers cheap phone runs mediatek and most cheap chinese phones run MT.

 

Just never knew MT went for the high end.

 

 

I expect the A14 and whatevers the successor to the 855 to overtake this chip. Well done anyway MT

Mediatek had high end before. It was Helio X series, they were actually the first to offer a deca core CPU for mobile devices. 2 high end cores, 4 medium end cores and 4 low end power saving cores. But very few devices used it so there was that. I hope this goes better for them if it's really as good as rumor suggests..
