small vr pc new build

I would like to get som some pointers for my next build. I have a budget around 2200 US$ and i am from DK, my aim is to play games not professional, and have the opperatunit to play VR games later down the line. The monitors will be a mix of a "gaming" monitor (4k 140Hz) and a tv for the VR and som controller games (looking fo new tv). I do not need peripherals or OS. Like it to be a small for factor pc, here is wat i have been looking at
