New MOBO and CPU GPU 100% Fan spin while sleeping

andynewton

I just upgraded to a ryzen 7 3700x.  After finally installing drivers, windows, and games I found out that when I put my computer to sleep the gpu fan spins at 100% indefinitely the same also happens when I shutdown the system. When I wake up or turn on the PC it always reboots as well. ALL DRIVERS ARE LATEST. Windows 10 Pro fully updated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:
Gigabyte Aorus Pro WiFi  - BIOS F10

16Gb corsair 3600 c18 ram

EVGA RTX 2080 FTW3 Hybrid

EVGA G3 750W

Samsung 960 evo plus 500gb
