Gigabyte Aorus + Ryzen 9 + RED CPU LED + Core Voltage problem

Hi dear community,

Recently, I build my latest PC Gigabyte Aorus X570 WiFi Pro + Ryzen 9 3900X.

My problems started after power up. At first boot I can enter to BIOS configure BIOS and etc. But when OS starting to boot PC started to shutdown unexpectedly.

But read about global problem CPU Idle Voltage and found temporary solution from Google. Set I have CPU VCore Voltage from auto to 1.225V and all started work perfectly without shutdown.

But couple days ago, latest update from Gigabyte (F10a and AGESA 1.0.0.4) completely bricked my motherboard.

After update motherboard completely stopped working. Now I can't power on PC on I dont see POST message. So I can't set CPU Voltage to avoid shutdown.

Now I need F10 UEFI firmware with custom default settings CPU VCORE 1.225V. It can bring motherboard to life.

How can I edit EUFI firmware and set default values?

Gigabyte eSupport is useless, dont want help. Ordered motherboard from Amazon and shipped to another country. So I can't just return motherboard. :(

Tried reflash several times via qflash plus with old firmware (F4) and latest firmware  (F10) - no POST.

Removed all peripherals tried start - no POST.

Here is video demonstration about problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dtEfmPVD4c

Sorry for my english. any help highly appreciated! :)

just clear cmos or change the Bios to the secondary one.

you can clear cmos by finding a button or pin that does it, or removing cmos battery for 1 min or two.

and you can change to the secondary Bios by using a switch.

It doesn't help. Tried reflash bios with qflash several times, cleared CMOS, removed battery even for hour. Also there is no secondary bios, motherboard with single bios. Mobo is aorus x570 wifi pro. Even no beeps if I start mobo without ram, gpu or cpu.

Debug leds going like CPU -> DRAM -> GPU -> CPU -> shutdown.. :/

Need set CPU VCORE VOLTAGE to 1.225v. But no post and can't enter to BIOS.

Problem with core voltage was before fixed by setting fixed value to 1.225V. But after last update F10(+agesa 1.0.0.4) motherboard completely stopped post.

Gigabyte support is awful. Like parrot repeating try reflash using qflash plus.

First time bought gigabyte, really disappointed.

Quote
  1. 2 x 128 Mbit flash
  2. Use of licensed AMI UEFI BIOS
  3. Support for DualBIOS™
  4. PnP 1.0a, DMI 2.7, WfM 2.0, SM BIOS 2.7, ACPI 5.0

it has a secondary Bios. Gigabyte rarely make boards without a secondary Bios.

well, that is technically the fix for anything Bios related.

probably just RMA if you are having this many issues

Can you get the CPU tested in a different board, to see if you have a CPU issue instead?
