230 CAD = 175 USD ... the cheapest RX590 at the moment (from PCPP) is 190 USD ... how is the Canadian price more expensive if it's actually $15 cheaper over here???

@wkdpaul because he didn’t do the conversion, and perhaps thinks of second hand price. 
 

edit; I mean I live in Europe; prices can differ country to country, but the US still cheapest I seen compared to Europe, Australia or canada

Quickly selling the free game brings it down to $132-$142 USD. You can then get that $132-$142 back by selling off your used 570/580 for an upgrade. Which would allow higher individual game settings and the use of ultra texture packs, especially if your 570/580 is only 4GB.
