there is any way to set the old gui on "create new project" window on vs?

You can use this extensions for VS2019 : https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=softworkz.SwitchProjectDialog

But watchout as it's a hack that tend to screw up your VS completly. To restore VS after you need to run it in safe mode and remove all extension and add it back again.

 

Also know that the new way is actually better and the search function now WORKS properly and is much faster. I also support multi keyword search.
