depends, but in theory choose servers within locations that are not blocked, but general purpose vpn sucks for games especially ones with terrible netcode like gta. but if you like me who never touch the online part of gta online, only like to soloing in online mode and dont mind staring the streets from above, go for it. some vpn services have free trial too.

therea are some specialised services that are designed for lowered latency and stable connections.

why everybody post the spec of their rig here? i dont! cuz its made of mashed potatoes!
