So I bought the AC ezio games from cdkeys.com and they sent me a email where there is a link but when I open the link it says I have to wait 30 min. Ive waited 4 hours no response and I've contacted customer support and still no response. Can someone tell me what to do or have any ideas. Thanks

how did you pay? Try to cancel.

go to cd keys try refund the order? If you did it paypal refund from there? cdkeys usually trustworthy.

 

Theres a submit a request button at the bottom of the screen do that.

 

Otherwise if you wanted it quickly, you could probably buy it elsewhere then once it comes through ask them for a refund and tell them that they took too long.
