I recently bought the xbox game pass for pc, I tried to install Control but got this error code 0x80070424 Can anyone help?

My pc has started crashing randomly, when I play smth like the new ac game or forza horizon 4 and have a yt video or spotify on my other monitor or in the background. I'm able to get into the game but basically when I move or do something it crashes. In like Nov I could play forza while watching yt vids and stuff and nothing happend. I've got the newest drivers and the newest windows update installed. My pc specs: CPU I5 9400f Motherboard Gigabyte H310M DS2 RAM G.SKILL VALUE SERIES 16GB 2666MH

I've done all that no response

So I bought the AC ezio games from cdkeys.com and they sent me a email where there is a link but when I open the link it says I have to wait 30 min. Ive waited 4 hours no response and I've contacted customer support and still no response. Can someone tell me what to do or have any ideas. Thanks

I want to upgrade my cpu to a i5 9400f but i dont know if my motherboard supports 9th gen.
