Rx 570 + i3 4150 how bad will it be ?

Not as bad as you’d think but still pretty bad.
Especially in 720p, just buy a 560ti on eBay for 30 bucks, will net you pretty much the same framerates with that i3.

Or get a haswell quadcore of some kind, the jump to a 4570 or 4770 would be substantial

Will it be better than a GT 1030 ?

560ti = 750ti = slightly better than a GT 1030

the difference being that the 1030 is a 30w card, the 750ti is a 75w card, and the 560ti is a 180w card that needs dual 6 pins

But they also cost practically nothing these days

what if i jump to 1080p

Resolution is 1366*768

Your CPU will just limit you to maybe 45+fps depending on the game

only affects your GPU, your GPU is fine for even light 1440p gaming.

Just grab an R5 2600 + $75 B450 board + $70 3200mhz CL16 RAM whenever you get a chance.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I recommend buying the RX 570,

yes it will bottleneck but you can upgrade the CPU later so it's worth it.

The 4790K is still a good CPU.

The 4790K is still good.

The 4790K is still like $175-200 and he probably doesn't even have a Z series motherboard

better off just buying Ryzen 5

Was hoping to upgrade to amd later so tis is certainly better choice.

And no you should still get the RX 570, because it's only like $80-100 on ebay, and you can run everything on high/ultra without an issue compared to using any other old GPU.

Yeah but when you’re talking about a bottleneck like a haswell i3 in 2019 you won’t notice much of a difference and you would save 50-70$ depending on how lucky you get with a 570

im not joking about these things being like 30 bucks, you can get them even cheaper at auction too, and would be just fine for the likes of GTA V or Fallout 4, if a 750ti can do it then a 560ti can do it almost the same

op intends to upgrade later so in this case the RX 570 is the better choice even if it’s going to be bottlenecked into the ground until that time, but if they weren’t gonna upgrade then there would be no reason to buy a 570 when substantially cheaper options exist for 1/3 of the price

my country does not have a good market in my country

Going by this the i3 is actually a bit faster than the modern athlon 200ge, it's really not that bad

The i3's are underrated performers in my opinion,  They make most games playable.  Sure they aren't contenders when you have a 9400/3600 budget, but in the meantime it won't be disappointing to the point of regret and with the 570 a 3600 later on should keep you going for a few years at least.

I had an RX380 and then a 580 on an i7 920 at 3.8 and it was absolutely fine. I felt a bump between the two GPUs, not as much as I hoped but noticeable in frame rate. I was running at 1920x1080 so not a direct comparison for you.
