I agree with @Likwid the CMOS battery is probably dead. Should be a CR2032 cell on the board...they don't cost a fortune and are easily replaced.

Also, you could have a trusted platform module installed. Did you have Windows Pro? If you only have Windows Home, then I would agree with the battery being the issue. Bitlocker is only available for Pro.
