Rx 5700 with a single fan radiator?

I am a total noob when it comes to this. Beware. (also, Im not sure if I should post here or in watercooling, so I will do both)

Im wanting to build an ITX desktop using a RX 5700 GPU. Im worried that the small fan will be noisy. I mainly do productivity, but also enjoy playing games like Rocket League and Space engineers, so nothing too heavy on the card. If I was to water cool the GPU with a single 120mm radiator with a single Noctua fan, would I be okay?

Once again, Im a total noob, go easy on me :)

just here is fine

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

If you're looking at the NZXT Kraken G12 to cool it, you're not going to have a good time. I know from first hand experience that it will not fit on the RX 5700 without modifying the bracket, or boring out the mounting holes on your PCB (extremely not recommended). The bracket just does not line up with the GPU mounting holes, they're off by barely 1mm:
