vsync off

 

Gta v , watch dogs 2 . 1080p high settings , vsync off

You shouldn't be making multiple threads of the same subject for a start.

 

On topic though; are you using V-Sync? what is the memory frequency/timings, is your OS installed on a HDD? have you done any troubleshooting yet? how's the OS health, are you running a lot of side and background applications while gaming? how is your temperature?

 

Like it's impossible to tell you why you're experience stuttering without any information what so ever since it can be caused my multiple reasons.

Turn Vsync on or lock your FPS to 60 and report back.

Also some settings my need some adjusting.
