What's the best possibe CPU I can cram into my OptiPlex 9020 MT?

I have an i5 4590 currently and the upgrade to an i7 4790 isn't worth the money for me yet. I heard about an i7 4960X, but can't find anything about compatibility with it. Is there a CPU support list somewhere?
