I was looking for a dual system case but could only find the evolve x, I was wondering if there were different case. Also in a new video from BitWit he mentioned that the Phanteks p400s is a dual system case but I could not find if this was true.

The P600S can, it's basically the Evolv X with different exterior panels.

Corsair 1000D

Enthoo Luxe 2

The aforementioned Evolv X and P600s

All of these secondary systems can ONLY be mITX, with only the Luxe 2 allowing the secondary system to have a separate GPU attached. So while they're "dual systems" theyre very limited compared to the Thermaltake Core W200 which can hold two full sized systems in the same case. Judging by the fact that you want a "normal" case, this probably isnt what you're looking for.

HP's Omen X is certainly big enough for it.

The Enthoo Luxe 2 and Corsair... 1000D (I think) can also do it. @TVwazhere, resident case daddy, would know for sure.

Big =/= compatible. There's plenty of nice big cases I can't fit my SR-2 into (without modding) because they don't support the HPTX form factor, running dual systems is even more complicated than just a bigger board.

I use the P600s for a dual system, you're limited in the height of your GPU for the ATX system, but it's designed to use the vertical GPU mount and a longer riser cable for the m-ITX system
