Do you need radiator for mineral oil PC?

I've been seeing mixed information. I see a lot of mineral oil PC's that just sit in the oil, but in the LTT video and in some of the builds I see them pump the oil through a radiator

Do I need to use a radiator or no? Can I use a d5 or do I need a special pump?

Are you sure you want a mineral oil PC? They seem like an incredible amount of hassle, messy, and makes it a chore to reuse parts when you upgrade. That and you have to be careful with what plastics/rubbers are in the fluid. I remember when Linus was trying to reuse a motherboard that was in his mineral oil PC the very PCI_e slots and RAM slots themselves were falling apart.

I'm not an advocate for these types of builds unless you really don't mind risking the non-reusability of the hardware when you pull it out.
