will this psu support my system? i want to get another 780 to put them in sli.

You should be fine.

If you heavily OC I might consider an 860w.

i want to get my cpu to 4.6 ghz if i can. atleast 4.4 idk if i want to overclock my gpu too. do you think i need more than 800?

750 Watt is perfectly fine. Want a prove? Linus's compact pc build guid had a 4770k and dual 780ti's running of a 700 Watt 80+ Bronze PSU. Also you migth not even be able to oc to 4 ghz. It's all about the chip.

750 Watt is perfectly fine. Want a prove? Linus's compact pc build guid had a 4770k and dual 780ti's running of a 700 Watt 80+ Bronze PSU. Also you migth not even be able to oc to 4 ghz. It's all about the chip. 

i know i've seen that one but he didn't overclock it. i want a high overclock on cpu and maybe on gpu's too. on the cpu alone its already ~25 watts difference

keep in mind those are 2 reference 780ti cards. and that was just gaming load. but i think i will settle with the 750Watts. pcpartpicker shows me 701W power consumption.
