You do realise the chefs have enough training to make sure none of the toxin ends up in the final product, correct? This isn't something you can just do at home, which is why you'll find it to be impossible to buy any for yourself. If you attempted to prepare it yourself without proper training, what would most likely happen is an unwanted death.
