OCing R5 2600

Can you guys suggest me the cheapest mobo to OC R5 2600 to 4ghz minimum?

If you want to do an overclock of that level I would grab the cheapest x570 you can find and roll with that.

 

It is hard to say how much power that will be required to get that CPU hitting all core 4GHz, that fast cores sure; but the slower cores might suck allot more power especially if you want to push past 4GHz.

 

But an x570 would grantee the only limiting factor would be the CPU.

Any half decent B450 Motherboard should be up to task. The 2600 is not the most power hungry chip.

I can recommend the Asus Prime B450 Plus. 
Mine is running with 4.1 Ghz and guess the chip still has some headroom for 4.2 if i wanted to.  
Very satisfied with the board, what it has to offer and the price is, or maybe was idk, awesome. Paid 50€ for it.

Can't go wrong with MSI B450m Gaming Plus or mortar (+tomahawk, a-pro) 

 

I'm running a 2600 on an MSI ITX mobo, with 0.0875 negative voltage offset. Maintains super stable all core 4.0 ghz, with 1.19 volts, according to hwinfo64. Hit 4.2 with more agressive voltage and loadlinecalibration, but it's cooler with such a huge undervolt. 

 

You need not To worry, a good b450 board will handle even a 1.35-1.38 volt overclock just fine.
