After 32 hours of various stress tests including multiple OCCT’s and RealBench, Aida64 and memtest also memtest86, this is what have.

3800X @ 4.35Ghz with 1.3V and LLC 4 (max 5 which gives no Vdrop). Under load voltage is 1.294V.

My 3800X would not reach 4.4Ghz within 1.325V under load. (That is 1.331V with LLC 4) I can boot into windows with 4.4Ghz @ 1.331V LLC 4, but anything intensive would crash system instantly.

And i don’t feel like going over AMD’s recommended max load voltage.

So im stuck at 4.35Ghz

but I see so many posts about reaching 4.4-4.5Ghz with less than 1.325V under load. Mostly 4.4ish Ghz, those 4.5Ghz usually goes beyond 1.325V under load.

What do you guys have with a 3800X? Similar to mine or is it mine is just crap?

Thanks.
