get the card that has better performance. a 2060 beats a 1660 ti, but you wouldn't necessarily know that by counting cuda cores and clock speeds. A spec sheet doesn't tell you everything.

Don't bother looking at those specs, look at actual reviews/benchmarks for the purposes you will use your GPU for.

The RTX 2060 is usually a bit better:

If we nit pick about 1660Ti or 2060 then might as well get a 5700 or just buy a used 1070 or 1080 and call it a day.
