call of duty black ops II not launching in windows 10

When i try to open black ops II it spits out a error and it says "unhanded exception caught" and ive tried all the ways ive seen and im at a loss maybe one of you can help

Are you running any CPU or GPU overclocks?

 

 

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
