Wanting a good monitor for gaming and content creation

I've been wanting to snag a new monitor for my computer. I do a lot of 3D, video editing, and animating work but also clap in some games. I know I want to have something stronger than 60Hz but also the clean IPS display. Any suggestions for something to fill both my needs?

https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-27GL850-gaming-monitor Would be a good option linus just did a video on it. At this price point your looking at most panels 1440p 144hz IPS And youll buy whatever style you like.

get a good old CRT.

AMD Phenom Stock CPU Cooler

Philips 107T5 (Will be replaced soon)

1GB Elpida OEM DDR2 (Will be replaced soon)
