Resolution, Refresh rate? I think that a 1060 3gb or a 1650 would do just fine for a 144hz display i think, look up on youtube for a benchmark.

edit: or a rx 570

I guess a 570 would do fine

Kinda hard to say without a cpu. Those games are more dependent on that.

With Freesync / G-Sync? Or powerful enough for smooth 60fps with Vsync on?

I bought a 570 8GB for my friend and he games a lot.  Many different games from AAA to RPG element FPS games.  He has not had a single issue.  We didn't even install windows we just booted up with new hardware and it worked just fine and no video issues.

No? What are you talking about. The 1650 is a horrible value card. Don't waste money on that thing

RX460 or RX470/570

Or....some older stuff because it's cheap.

Don't buy a NEW priced GPU for these types of titles, get what you say you need.

Aim higher when you can justify it,.with say a high refresh panel,.. or other factors/needs change.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Not for me? There is the 1660 on the top if being sorted by user rating. If I sort by value the RX 570 is at the top.

Don't use that meme of a site lol. Seriously, look at the news topic about userbenchmark and you will understand why we laugh at it and don't take it remotely seriously

I think around 85% people use Nidvia but not AMD for a good reason...and 1650 is newer then it would have longer support

Yeah, because they were way behind in the past years. Using a 5700 XT myself. There's no reason not to go team red unless you really want (and can afford) the most powerful card on the market. It also gives you the option to buy a Freesync monitor later, which usually are way cheaper than G-Sync.
They also pair great with the current mid-range king CPU (Ryzen 5 3600). ?

You're in a tech forum full of tech nerds, why do you want to act smart if you know nothing?
