xbox game pass beta download speed PC

Anybody else suffering very slow download speeds on the xbox game pass for pc, im downloading metro exodus and it taking forever, 5 hours to do 26gb of a 61gb game, my internet is fine it just seems to be xbox game pass.

Make sure you've not accidentally limited the speeds in the Xbox app settings
