I7 6700k + z270 gaming above 60 degree idle

Hi 

Yesterday i bought new cpu i7 6700k + mobo msi z270 gaming pro I have used stock cooler + pactum pt1  but my temps even in idle or bios are above 60 degree occt 2 seconds test and temperatures are 90+ 

Isnt it too big?

What can I do please help

The 6700k didn't come with a stock cooler. If you got an Intel cooler for another similar CPU, it is probably inadequate.

Gaming laptop: Lenovo Legion 5, 5800H, RTX 3070, Kingston DDR4 3200C22 2x16GB 2Rx8, Kingston Fury Renegade 1TB + Crucial P1 1TB SSD, 165 Hz IPS 1080p G-Sync Compatible

Now while idle its 47 degree but when i just move my mouse its jump by 20 is it normal?
