Thermal pads size

So i dissabled my gaming laptop and i am not sure if i should replace the thermal pads or reuse them because they have a bit dust on them and its quite hard to get rid of it

Shouldn't be a problem as long as you didn't tear them and they haven't started to disintegrate.

Maybe not the exact same ones, but definitely ones that are similar.

I opened my msi gaming laptop and i am unsure of what thermal pad size should i get for the gpu and vrms

I assume you have a ruler with mm measurements and the old thermal pads? They're usually .5mm, 1mm, or 1.5mm, but it depends on the laptop so it's best to see what size the old ones were. Depending on the laptop someone may have a teardown or something where they mention the thickness of the pads as well.

So i dont what brand thermal pad i should get because there is different thermal conductivity

Generally shouldn't matter too much as long as it's got a decent thermal conductivity. I've only used Fujipoly on my cards and never had a problem, for what that's worth.
