Old platform with most likely a "fake" graphics card, noisy cooler and questionable RAM.

It's shit.

The processor is antique ... and it's less than 10$ on eBay. The cooler they give you is a <10$ shit one that can only do something like 35w TDP or 65w TDP at best while being super noisy.

Two 4GB registered ECC sticks are equally cheap... around 5-6$ each

The video card ... 750ti 2 GB ... meh, it's one of those models without heatpipes, just plain aluminum heatsink so if genuine 750ti you get crap overclocking if any.

Motherboard is equally crap, probably without sata 6gbps, without usb 3.0 ports or just a couple ...

The cpu performance is less powerful than a Ryzen 3 1200.

Buy a 60$ Ryzen 2200g on eBay

Buy a 50$ A320 motherboard

Buy 8 GB DDR4 new or from eBay

... you're basically at same price and you get more performance.

51$ : Ryzen 1200 : ebay link (or spend 60-70$ for ryzen 1200 or ryzen 2200g with cooler, in retail box )

50-60$ : A320 / B350 / B450 motherboard (any store)

30$ : 2 x 4 GB 2400 Mhz DDR4

a used video card for whatever amount you want. (ex a RX 460 for 60$ + shipping on ebay ) or  rx 570 for 90$ or around that .. here's example

Bad system. X58 should only be bought into nowadays if you can find a Xeon + good motherboard + 12GB or more RAM for like a hundred bucks. Otherwise, it simply isn't worth it, and the new motherboards are pretty shit.

It's actually reassuring to see a seller be honest with incompatibilities and outright claiim that the system  is only good for office work. Usually they have "GAMING" sprawled all over the ads.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.

That too. The moment I saw "Xeon" and normal office work, I was puzzled... Until I found out it was a Xeon chip from 2009.
