Was there ever a GTX 1060 3gb founders edition?

I found a gtx 1060 founders edition on ebay. The listing indicates it's a 3gb 1060, but I'm not sure if Nvidia even made a 3gb founders edition 1060. Is this really a 6gb 1060 but the seller made a mistake in listing it?

IIRC there were never any 3GB founders edition 1060's

 

Either way, I have no idea why anyone would want to get a blower style 3GB 1060 in the first place

I believe Linus did a video on this. There was an Asian market only card. Not 1000% sure it was a 1060 but that sounds right.

1060 6gb yes, 3gb no.
