they are giving me the option to pick what i want.
i have a badass gaming computer, i got nice headphones (beyerdynamic COP's), got decent speakers ( not going to replace)
i have 2 monitors, have a nice phone
(i worked for everything but the phone so dont judge me)

You "need" a home storage and media streaming server.

It'd be yours, but your family would benefit too. But for you, it'd be for backing up your gaming computer and storing general media on. They are always nice to have. Especially if your computer dies for whatever reason.

I suggest building your own if you are comfortable with that.  It's a fun project. At least it would be fun for me.

Simple, if you're american then get a gun.

You need a means to protect such a valuable asset. You can budget in a mossberg 500, 590 and for entry level handguns ( 500 dollar price range ) you could opt into a cz 75 ( personal fav next to the single stack 1911's and the five seven which my state won't let me haz ) or a glock 17.

A go kart. Cheaper than a car and they're more dangerous which means more fun.

Or go browse for something on Thinkgeek or ThisIsWhyImBroke. Water jet packs are always fun.

OR a race car bed. Those things are the shiz.

Ah, that makes more sense.

Go peripherals. Get awesome unique peripherals. Get a stinky board. That'd be sweet. I'm just thinking of things I personally want or have enjoyed having.

If their budget is high enough, Rift + Omni? I'm not sure how far along the kickstarters are, but you could maybe get one of them early on.

Are you seriously suggesting a gun to protect his pc?

Yes, among other things. Plus, shooting is a recreation too. The means to defend oneself, possessions, loved one's should take priority over adding to his already solidly performing computer.
