CPU Intel or Amd?

I want to Build pc. I dont know what kind of proccesor i want intel or amd proccesor. That cost was converted from EUR to USD Amd ryzen 3 2200g 3.5GHz 4MB AM4 (4 cores 4 threads) 99.04$ or Intel Core i3-9100F 3.60Ghz 6MB (4core and 4 threads) 104.93$ and later i will upgrade proccesor to better.

What is the rest of the computer? do you have other choices? Will you have a video card? how much is the R3 1200? When do you plan to upgrade the processor?

If you want to upgrade cheaply to a 6 core (or 8 core) in the future, AMD is the better pick. You also won't need a graphics card when going with the 2200G, where the 9100F does need a graphics card.
