Positive a negative intake

You are probably filling your PC with dust not only from the negative pressure but from pulling in unfiltered air and pushing it through any potential filters out, keeping the dust inside the PC as much as possible

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Maybe, it is normally considered standard to have front fans as intake and rear as exhaust. This is because the front fan vents on the majority of cases are filtered thus reducing the amount of dust that is sucked into the case. 

What case are you using>

I’m using a Corsair spec-05 which I messed up when I got that case worst cable management ever lol @Lemtea

Yeah, I would switch those fans around. There isn't really much of a reason to to have them setup like you currently have. The spec-05 really isn't that bad for cable management you just don't have a basement area to hide cables. Velcro straps & zipties are your friends when it comes to cable management.

The front should be isntake because it is filtered.

Sounds like a low-pressure dust magnet to me. 

I prefer having my front 3 fans (filtered) as an intake and just my 120mm AIO as an outtake. Keeping a positive airpressure inside of your case will stop it from collecting dust since the only air being sucked into the case will be sucked in through the filters.

Main issue is, what parts need the cooling most. Usually your GPU is hottest thing in the rig, requiring most of the cooling. This is main reason why front/bottom intake is a thing with normal cases. Rest of the fans can be oriented which way ever as CPU is getting some air from GPU and intakes feeding GPU anyway. To optimize it most, you want some airflow. Meaning that all fans are moving air to same direction. With CPU this means that CPU cooler fan is blowing towards exhaust. Or is exhaust when you have AIO.
