Of course. It's just an SSD.

So i can't afford an ssd and i've just ordered a new pc. I've been playing on a laptop for about 2 years (dell 7577) and it has a m.2 ssd inside of it. Can i remove the ssd, install windows on hdd(on the laptop) and use the ssd on my desktop pc?

This is the build for the desktop pc:

On pcpartpicker it says the system will use 434W and i have a 550w psu why do you say that?

EDIT: i will also lightly oc the cpu but not that much up to like 4ghz or 4.5

well, because it's a dual forward dc-dc and you are about to use a 2070 on it?

I'm sorry i don't really understand, doesn't pcpartpicker take in consideration whatever you just said?

well... to explain it simply:

it uses an outdated topology, which has the flaw that it starts to whine with higher end GPUs (as in vega, 1070+ 2070+), it's not harmful, but quite annoying, as i know, because i have one. Corsair is aware of this

It should work fine but be ready for your laptop to feel way more sluggish when you use it.
