My monitor starts "screaming"

Pokinki

This has been happening for a few weeks now. My computer will be idle, while im doing something else, and randomly my monitor will emit a large screeching sound. I'm telling you its scary I can hear it throughout the house. One night I left my computer on to download a game and it scared the sh!t out of me. My monitor is a Dell (amazon link). I also have a Razer Kraken v2 Chroma for my headset that is always connected. Any other information that could be useful to figure out the problem please let me know (Yes i've updated all drivers)

Just for the heck of it change both the monitor cable and the power cable and plug it in another surge protector, or same one into different input.
