Fans for new build

MikeEld83

So I'm building a new pc over the next few weeks and maybe months, depends, but I've been trying to find some good and long lasting RGB 120mm fans. I will need 5 for the case that I am going to be using, the Thermaltake Versa Versa N21. I would really appreciate any ideas on which ones I should get that will give me the best cost to performance and life.

RGB fans are horribly overpriced last I checked.

Just get the black Noctua fans with an RGB strip instead.

Or buy the coolermaster H500, with it's giant 200mm RGB fans pre-installed.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Actually his current case doesn't have like any airflow that I can see anyways.

So switching to the H500 and selling the old case would help a ton for cooling.

Cheap RGB fans are like $30 which is just silly IMO, corsairs are like $70 for some reason.

The case has pretty good air flow with t fans in the front,2 in the top, and one in the back. The front of the case is a fine mess on the lower half.

I'm just going to recommend to not use the Thermaltake Versa N21. In my signiature, you can see it's the case for my second case. There are many reasons why it's not a good case. Poor airflow overall, and bad build quality. Go with something like a case from https://www.amazon.com/AeroCool-Cases-Aero-1000-Black/dp/B00VRKVTG6/ref=sr_1_8?keywords=computer+case+aerocool&qid=1565416437&s=gateway&sr=8-8. Also I'd recommend Coolermaster RGB fans. Good price and cheaper, and quiet. You can find 3 packs here: https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-MFY-P4DC-153PC-R1-MasterFan-Controller/dp/B075S8RC9B/ref=pd_cp_147_2?pd_rd_w=dmHzH&pf_rd_p=ef4dc990-a9ca-4945-ae0b-f8d549198ed6&pf_rd_r=WNCBG5HRMAVNTCKMQ3W5&pd_rd_r=d3611a11-5249-4d54-899e-6d32f372771c&pd_rd_wg=kcp51&pd_rd_i=B075S8RC9B&psc=1&refRID=WNCBG5HRMAVNTCKMQ3W5
