PC causes my internet to stop working.

Hey!

So yesterday from nowhere i started having this weird connection issue with my PC. The issue is when i try to connect to my wifi router through my PC (Which uses a network card (PCE-AC68). The router just randomly stops working for a few seconds until my PC disconnects from my wi-fi router. This also causes all my other wi-fi connected devices like my laptop, phones, tv etc to disconnect which is really frustrating. I tried almost everything on the router and modem side. Restarting, giving it a new name, New password, unplugging all the cables... everything. 

 

I have almost come to the conclusion that it has to be something to do with the Network card. but i'm not sure.
