Dear Forum readers,

We need Intel to bring back the old school Fat good stock coolers we also need to design a bracket that converts old socket coolers to new socket mounting you can use this Mounting for the basics for an 3d model we need something to revive the old stock coolers or we can do also this ↓  But thats a bit sketchy and wil not work for everything. What also would be great if AMD would produce cooler for single sale use that would be great. If they would ever do that they need to also need to make it available for intel sockets. What do yuo guys think?

Yeah, no. I am not using Intel stock cooler

I was not talking about that one. Its better but the actual heatsink is pretty similar. I am talking abut the Wraith (Max/prisim) with that the meme would make sense

Intel has bought 100million infinite stock of those atrocious coolers, they will be around us forever.

But really everyone knows Intel does not care, they are the premium brand you adjust yourself to it not the opposite.

Well, they'll have to change soon if things keep going the way they are - they lost 20% of asia market since the start of the year as reported by NBC.

It all factors in

Do you buy a CPU because of its stock fan?

And we enthusiasts are not what makes the big differences at the market. More and more OEMs buy Ryzen. Especially in chia where there are a huge amount of LAN cafes etc

it's a good 50$ savings that can go into a bigger SSD, better GPU/PSU or more RAM - yes, I buy CPUs for many reasons and the stock cooler is one of them.

I agree € 50,- isnot nothing to spent on other parts.

sure I never said that a stock cooler isn't a nice option. But this does not decide market values and volumes

I don't hate aftermarket coolers or something like that but its that people think that stock coolers are bad just because someone said that about it. and I agree with you that the stock coolers are not the deciding factor of buying/choosing a cpu.
