Hello guys!  I noticed my games are not running properly this week and i decided to do an user benchmark. These are the results.

https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/18833843.

I don't know why as my temps are reasonable (50 degrees on full load) and always at 3.70 ghz.

I don't know why this happens and all my games dont run properly as all of them are choppy as heck.

What games are you trying to play? The i3-6100 is a 2/4, so it's not going to light the world on fire by any stretch of the imagination.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Yeah do a Cinebench run and compare it instead... userbenchmark has been a mess lately.

Check out the Userbenchmark - Background CPU spec.  It shows you have way too much crap running in the background.  When you only have a 2 core CPU, you need to get the background apps down to a minimum.  That's your problem.

Open the Task Manager, select the Details tab, click on the CPU heading and organize your tasks by CPU usage.  When idle, what are you seeing?  You should be seeing that 99% of the time your CPU is idle.
