Best RGB CPU coolers?

Diversityxo

I know the Dark Rock Pro 4 and Noctua are the best CPU coolers there are , but I want that extra pop on my build ..

What’s the best CPU cooler that will come close or perform as good as the DP4 and Noctua but also come with rgb?
