Should I get the i9 9900k or wait for the 3900x to be back in stock?

Should I get the i9 paired with a 2080 or wait for the 3900x to be restocked (will also pair with 2080)

I waited for the 3900x, makes it easier to have email notifications for Newegg. Just go to the store page for it and request the auto notify function, then buy once you get a message.

if you can wait just get the 3900x, it way outperforms the 9900k in almost every task for the same price.

The 3900X is more powerful in most cases, runs cooler, uses less power core for core and the socket has an upgrade path.

Also, that 3900X will probably be more fun if you like to tinker.  The 9900K will be more fun if you like to just hit speed.

and yeah , I’ve made up my mind and I’m going with AMD !

9900K wins in gaming in almost every games tho

Point is : If you only game on your pc I guess 9900k still better

 

If you game and stream or do other shit I guess the 3900x is the best buy

 

 

Look for myself, I watch youtube, play games, or listen to music on my pc. Nothing else. I prefer to have 5% more FPS in games so I would probably go with the 9900k
