Odd low FPS when it should be higher

well its a good thing i didnt misinform anyone then. i said the cpu speed.

Do you realize "speed" isn't a unit of measure? And as I said, given what the rankings are it's not a measure of "speed" at all, it seems more like a random average of a bunch of unrelated benchmarks averaged over the price which tells us NOTHING about how the CPU performs in a real life scenario.

if you just assume its from cinebench or something, thats not my fucking problem

What does cinebench have to do with this? I said cinebench is a benchmark that actually tells you something useful, while this does not.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

it tells you the speed of the cpu. you dont use it, so you dont have speed basing memorized. if you dont like it, fuck off .-.

what do you mean with the speed of the cpu ? the only speed of a cpu is the clock speed. and afaik no cpu in the history have a 12kghz o.O

No, it doesn't. This is what you sound like right now:

I don't use meaningless benchmarks that have nothing to do with the real world performance of a cpu or with how well a given CPU will do in a game, which is what would be relevant to the OP. I suggest you stop insisting as your lack of understanding of what you're talking about is clearer by the second.

you are running only a 12152 Speed CPU. but it SHOULD probably be fine.

What? 12152 Speed? what kind of metric is this? what is it even supposed to mean? This is not really how you benchmark for gaming.

you seem to not understand what is being said. im sorry but dont call people stupid it makes you sound like a arrogant jerk off. its completely fine if you want to use a COMPARISON that holds no value in real life. just dont recommend new people that dont know better to it. its just spreading useless misinformation that no one will benefit from .

A comparison of what?

Here, let me compare these two emoji: 1) ? 2) ?

the first one is worth 102 speeds

the second one is worth 5000000 speeds

This is the level of comparison you are presenting.

Also @DerpPants I just noticed you have a 60hz monitor so you should just turn on vsync and triple buffering and any stuttering will go away. I'm not sure why you're worried about getting 90 fps when your monitor can only display 60 anyway.

The thing is the monitor is advertised as 144 but i cant put it on 144 for some odd reason
