Sure... Why not? Won't be any compatibility issues if that's what you're wondering.

Extra question: do you need to buy a new motherboard when you buy the r5 3600?

Shouldn't be any. i7 3770 should be fine for gaming at 1080p 60hz.

Stuttering? That shouldn't really come from your gpu, more like the monitor (and if your going to run a 2060 S, might i suggest upgrading your monitor).

Could be lots of stuttering if the cpu is pegged. Unless some fancy frame limiter will prevent any issues with that.

Should you? No. Can you? yes. Youre already gonna upgrade the cpu, so it doesn't really matter.

You didn't buy it? Looking how you originally asked these things on mid July it's surprising you went back to it now.

Any ways, the i7 3770 certainly started to show its age nowadays, it's single core capacity is not sufficient to ensure you will have 60fps on every game.

That said if you run only the game, like have a clean and healthy windows install with as little as possible programs running on background leaving all system resources to games and you always use V-Sync there shouldn't be significant stuttering issues.

If your deal is go as heavy as possible on graphical settings for 1920x1080p60hz then this should work out yeah.

Also give the RX5700 a look if it's cheaper and remember to use a decent PSU.
