you can reinstall without losing your licence, esp with new laptops where the key is stored in the bios and will auto activate.

Id just get a program that should what is using all the space and remove large files.

Low space on disk? So move some of your files to second drive or partition. How reset can help in this case?

You can also remove D partition and extend C partition using MiniTool Partition Wizard.

You have to actually delete the D partition. If you don't have any data on there that you care about, you can delete it and resize C to whatever you want.

It's baked in, you don't have to do anything.

Ask some more experienced friend for help maybe. This is really not that hard, but you doing something wrong. Also - do you have MiniTool Partition Wizard installed as I suggested? I bet that you just ignore that advice. The same about paging file.
