No! Not a stupid fan on the X570

Ok, you see my motherboard on my sig.  She had 2 fans..... Small.  Soo freakin loud like a jet.  I took out one of them and super glued the other so it wouldn't move.  My mobo temps are the same.  No stupid noise.  Looks like if I get the 3950x the motherboard is going to be loud as fak unless I super glue the fans.  What yall think, do we really need a fan.

Also when is the X590 ThreadRipper coming out ?  Also what will be the boost clock of the 32c ?  I want HEDT.

Not seen anyone mention that the little fans are really loud yet.. i would say its a non issue. Unless of course you are going or ultra quiet and have no fans at all in your system.. you might hear it then.

I would say super gluing the fans is probably a bad idea.

As for the other stuff nothing confirmed.

Doesnt look like the small fans are interchangeable with good universal one

Holy fugeroni! Ain't nobody gonna enjoy those fans. I don't see the x570 motherboard on your sig o.O

If you mean that x79 you should be fine unless there's some extreme overclocking happening. As for the glued fan though, I'd find another way to disable it.

X570 Boards require more cooling on their chipset because it requires about 150% of the power compared to previous chipsets and reviews have indicated that this new chipset and PCIe 4.0 m.2 drives do get hot

I would go with x470 or B450 before disabling fans on X570.

X570 prices are insane anyway. I just ordered an msi B450 A Pro and R5 3600x. Check out the Reddit Ryzen 3000 Mobo tier list.

I think gigabyte have the X570 Aorus Xtreme ATX board that dont have any fan on it but it was all heatsink so expect it to be heavy.
