I need cases, help.

does anyone know a good case for around $0-300 that can fit 2 480m radiators and will have room for 2 custom loops.

If so please link me it.

With my knowledge there is no such thing my friend.  You want your cake and eat it to.  The top of of a case you can install 360 only nothing higher no room.  Then another 360 rad in the front.  Why you need this anyways ?  What CPU do you have what overclock do you have ?  You know liquid temps have to do with what temp your room is.  You want 74 F anything higher and the fans are gonna suck warm air into the case and your case temp will be higher thus higher temps no matter how many Rads you have.

You can get a used Corsair 900d for under $300.

Well, I could make the budget like 400. would that get me anything? room temp is around 67f.

What? No.

As long as air being run through the radiator is cooler than the liquid in the radiator, it will continue to provide a cooling effect. Even a room at 100F/37C will cool your components adequately.

Cooler air is better than warmer air because it will more readily draw heat out of your machine, but 74F is far from being some sort of magic limit. I bet most people with an air-cooled 1080Ti would *love* to see 37C temps on their card.

Yes if its intake it will bring in warm room temp with it.  A cooler room = a cooler CPU .... That is all Im saying.

in was looking at the lian li v3000, i was going to use 480mm rad intake at the bottom and 480mm rad intake at the top, use the front 3 fans and the 120 in the back as exhaust

Is that even possible ?  The bottom of the case is your PSU hmmm

WOW, nice find man.  That is a sexy case.  I see where the rads go, you can even put a 360 in the front. How much is it, must cost a arm and a leg.

it's only 460 on Amazon, I'm pretty sure I could find it cheaper.
