Can I charge My Laptop with my 'x370 gaming k5' motherboards USB Dac UP 2 ports ?

MY laptop has USB-c and Currently I forgot my charger at my office and was wondering if the idea would work , also is there any way I could charge it without a charger ,Its an HP elitebook

Not really. Some laptops will draw a little bit of power off USB C, but you'd be waiting a day to get anything noticable

 

See if a co-worker has a USB C laptop, I know dell, asus, lenovo, and even the type C macbook pros all use the same charging standard
