I need help with cooling

It's summer, and one of my walls doubles as my roof, causing a lot of heat, especially after noon. I don't have a lot of money (only like 6 USD), and the room fan I  ordered for this heathell won't arrive in a while... Also my CPU runs about 16 °C above normal (50 °C instead of 34-ish °C). Please help my system puts out a lot of heat too since I have AMD hardware...

AMD is nolonger related to heat output.....

They havent had that rep since ryzen launched.

 

What specs and what are full load temps?
